How to find the Chesil Theatre...

From the M3

From the North

Leave the M3 at Junction 9 and follow the signs ‘Winchester Park and Ride’. After travelling under the M3, turn right take the third exit off the roundabout and turn right at the traffic lights then left into Barfield Close following the route to the multi-storey car park opposite the theatre.

From the South

Leave the M3 at junction 10, take the second exit from the roundabout, turn right at the traffic lights then left into Barfield Close and follow the route to the multi-storey car park opposite the theatre.

From the A34

At the junction of the A34 and M3 follow the directions from the M3 North.

From the West (Salisbury and Stockbridge)

Enter Winchester on the A272 and follow signs to ‘Town Centre’, under the Railway bridge and through two sets of traffic lights to the one-way system. Follow the one-way system to the roundabout at King Alfred’s statue. Turn left and then right at the mini roundabout into Chesil Street. Pass the theatre and turn left into the car park.

From the East (Alresford and Petersfield)

Enter Winchester on the B3404. At the mini roundabout at the foot of the hill turn left into Chesil Street, past the theatre and left into the car park.

Parking

Ample free (after 6pm) parking is available 200 yards from the Chesil theatre. The Chesil car park is floodlit and covered by 24 hour CCTV.
