Based upon real events, Copenhagen explores the extraordinary moment in 1941 when two Nobel physicists, Werner Heisenberg, a German, and Niels Bohr, a half-Jewish Dane, meet in Nazi-occupied Denmark. Why did Heisenberg really come? The truth is far from certain.
