A supposed torturer of a fascist regime arrives at the
house of Gerardo and Paulina. Over one night they put
him on trial for his crimes. But are they right? Is he guilty or innocent? Does a single person’s complicity matter? When should justice and punishment cede to compromise and forgiveness, if only for the greater good?

Reading and Audition Info.

Our readings are social occasions where members of the public are welcome to join us reading the play! They give a sense of the play, and the director's vision, but they are not auditions and are open to all. The reading for Death and the Maiden will be at 7:45pm at the theatre on 29th November 2024.

The cast comprises of 1 males (40-50s) and 2 females (30-45). Auditions will be held at 7:45pm on 1st and 2nd December at the theatre. You do not need to attend both dates and do not need to book to audition, just turn up!
