Breaking their journey on the way home from the front, a group of soldiers stop for a few days' rest, recreation and a little romance. Delivering razor-sharp banter, slapstick comedy and a happy ending, this open-air enemies-to-lovers classic is one you won't want to miss!

Reading and Audition Info.

Our readings are social occasions where members of the public are welcome to join us reading the play! They give a sense of the play, and the director's vision, but they are not auditions and are open to all. The reading for Much Ado About Nothing will be at 7:30pm at the theatre on 1st May 2026.

The cast comprises of 7 females (18-45+), 9 males (18-45+) and 5 performers of any age and gender. Auditions will be held at 7:30pm on 3rd & 4th May at the theatre. You do not need to attend both dates and do not need to book to audition, just turn up!
